With a privileged position among hills, woods, olive groves, vineyards and cultivated fields, this residence is a typical Umbrian farmhouse from the 19th century, expertly renovated to preserve the original characteristics of the time.
Every corner of the Farmhouse reveals the authenticity of Umbrian architecture, with sandstone, terracotta, natural chestnut wood window frames and original beams which confirm its distant origins as a manor house. The large outdoor area of approximately 4000 m2 is mainly intended for park and garden, enriched by two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
The property also includes an active farm, dating back to 1868, where farmyard animals such as horses, donkeys, ponies and goats are raised, as well as the cultivation of seasonal food products, keeping the typical characteristics of the place intact.
Immersed in a context not only of calm and relaxation but also of history, La Casa Colonica is located near the village of Vernazzano, once inhabited by the Etruscans and subsequently populated by fishermen and woodcutters.
The structure is divided into nine apartments with private entrances, carefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with every comfort, including independent heating, air conditioning and satellite color TV. Each apartment has an outdoor area for exclusive use with table, chairs and sunbed for the pool.
The Farmhouse can accommodate a total of 30 guests, distributed between 15 bedrooms and 5 sofa beds, with 10 well-equipped bathrooms.
In the garden, available to customers, you will find a brick barbecue that can be used on any occasion. Come and discover this enchanting place, a real jewel surrounded by nature.
